Welcome back to my blog! Today we're talking about Younique's Stiff Upper Lip Stain. Not to be confused with a liquid lipstick, the two are immensely different. A standard liquid lipstick is a thick substance that is matte, long lasting, pigmented, and is a drying formula. Common complaints with a liquid lipstick is the fact that it's very drying. So while it will last a long time, your lips will look like they were just sucked by a vacuum.
WELL, I have a solution! Our lipstain looks more like a liquid tint in the tube and is a thinner formula. This makes it not drying to your lips, and throughout the day the color it leaves on your lips just looks like a natural tint.
Ingredients:
-Glycerin: Moistening ingredient
-Sodium Hyaluronate: Naturally present in the skin and body. It holds water, so it enhances the appearance of dry, damaged skin, helping to reduce flakiness and restoring suppleness (<--- AKA plump lips!)
Application Tips:
1. First, start with a lip scrub! Because it's a stain, it is more likely to cling to dryer spots on your lips, so this will help take care of that dead skin.
2. Shake up the bottle! This makes sure that the ingredients don't separate and gives you a smooth application.
3. Apply evenly on the lips! Sometimes I like to dot the liquid on my lips and dab with my finger for a natural look, and other times I'll apply it fully to get a darker color.

Sleek lip stain again, this time with a heavier hand application. (You can apply another layer to make it super dark)!
